MY STORY

Creativity Seeker

Hello there and welcome to my portfolio! To start, whats most interesting about me is where I grew up. While the easy answer is Boston, Massachusetts, that is not entirely true. Across the harbor is a city called Chelsea and for the first ten years of my life I grew up living in an industrial shipyard condo owned by my parents.

As an only child my creativity blossomed, creating fairytale worlds in my head and fictional worlds to live in. Being isolated from the possibilities of having neighborhood friends I had a lot of alone play. This facilitated my sense of wonder in the world and imagination. 

Through my undergraduate studies I thrived under the liberal arts program at Tulane. Writing essays on film was one of my favorite areas of subject. I also got the chance to use my imagination to write fictional works for feminism classes. Finally, with a year of masters level Business Management courses, I learned the importance of writing from a corporate standpoint.
